Montebello Farms is a Wildwood farmhouse estate in Doddaballapura: farmhouse plots in the North Bangalore countryside, about 45 minutes from the airport. It is for people who want their weekends, and in time their days, to have more green and more quiet in them.
The estate
Montebello is in Doddaballapura, North Bangalore, and is being built in two phases. Phase 1 is 27 acres with 82 plots. Phase 2 adds about 18 acres and 25 plots.
Montebello Farms is priced at ₹3,500 per sq.ft. Our team will share current plot sizes and availability when you get in touch.

How life here is planned
The planned shared spaces are being designed around an outdoor life. Our team will walk you through the current plan on site.
The idea is simple. Mornings outside, afternoons with family, evenings on your own land, with the city a drive away rather than outside the window.

Bianco is Montebello's clubhouse. Construction has just started, and it is not open. When there is progress worth seeing, we will show it to you on site.

Doddaballapura is on the northern side of Bangalore, where the city gives way to farmland and open sky. Montebello is about 45 minutes by road from Kempegowda International Airport, depending on traffic.
